Have your baby foods been tested for heavy metals?Updated 2 months ago

Yes! We have a state-of-the-art quality program and testing protocols, which include testing all of our products ourselves, getting them independently tested by the Clean Label Project, and requiring that our suppliers test raw ingredients that are more susceptible to heavy metals before accepting the material. The Clean Label Project has rigorously tested all our products for over 200 different contaminants and determined that Serenity Kids meets their highest standard.

Scanning the QR code on any Serenity Kids product will take you to an easy-to-navigate website where you can view test results for the batch of product you scanned, in compliance with AB899. Assembly Bill 899—California’s transparency regulation that went into effect on January 1, 2025—requires representative samples of baby food products sold, manufactured, or delivered in California to be tested for arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury, and requires those test results to be posted on the manufacturer's website.
