For returns and purchases of our products made at any other retailer, please consult the return and exchange policy at that retailer.

Serenity Guarantee - If for any reason you or your baby aren’t 100% satisfied with the food, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note, that our Serenity Guarantee does not cover any issues regarding shipping delays, or customer ordering errors.

Due to the nature of the littles we feed, you can rest assured all the products you receive are new, unused, and unopened. We do not sell anything that has been returned.

If there is an issue with your order or damaged items please reach out to customer support. To assist you swiftly please include:

  • A description & photos of the damaged item
  • Please hold on to the product in case we need further information
