All orders within the US over $65.00 will receive free shipping. Orders under $65.00 will receive a flat shipping of $8.00. We ship orders via Amazon, UPS, UPS Surepost, and USPS. 

We are now utilizing Amazon’s warehouses and fulfillment services for some of our orders placed on myserenitykids.com. The desired outcome is that our website customers get the benefit of Amazon’s well known and loved fast shipping. However, not all of our products are consistently in stock at the Amazon warehouse, so some orders may arrive quicker than others. If you received a “3 day shipping” message at checkout on myserenitykids.com, then you can expect your order to arrive from Amazon within 3-5 business days, depending on the time of day the order was placed.

All other orders typically process to ship within 24-48 hours. After processing, the average shipping time is 4-6 business days. 

We are able to ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and to Military APO/FPO via USPS but please allow 10-12 business days. We are unable to ship internationally.
