Why isn’t the lactose organic?Updated 3 days ago
At Serenity Kids, we are deeply committed to transparency and providing the highest quality products for families who rely on us. Sourcing ingredients that meet our high standards is a top priority, but it’s also incredibly important for us to ensure consistent availability of our products.
Organic lactose must be sourced from organic milk, and the global supply of organic milk is significantly smaller than that of conventional milk. As a result, organic lactose is much less readily available. Despite extensive global searches, we have not yet found a stable and trusted source of organic lactose that meets our rigorous standards and can reliably support our production needs.
In the meantime, we remain dedicated to using premium-quality conventional lactose that adheres to our strict safety and quality requirements. We’d like to affirm that our lactose is regulated by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture to be free from drug residue, pesticides, and other toxic substances. This solution allows us to maintain the trust and satisfaction of our customers without compromising on the quality of the products they depend on.
